Development Programmes

I have delivered development programmes for many years. The best ones tend to have several face to face days with time in between for reflection, online discussion and sometimes group learning projects. Frequently I have delivered these with colleagues that I have worked with over the years and find that having more than one facilitator leads to a richer learning experience for the group. In this way me and my colleagues can deliver large programmes or one-off interventions. I have worked with small businesses to develop their management teams all the way up to the UK Civil Service.
